Daily Day Trading option: SPCX

If you weren't paying attention to these three stocks from Monday's trading session, you might be missing out on something significant.

August has been one of the craziest months of the year, and over the last few weeks, the watchlist has consistently highlighted some of the biggest stocks in the market.

Now we're heading into the final week of the month. And with that in mind, the top stock for tomorrow is setting up for a massive daily breakout.

First on our list is a slight shift in focus: SPCX.

I can already hear what you're thinking: "SpaceX? Really? That's not typically something you'd include on a watchlist."

But I am excited about SpaceX, especially after its IPO. The stock is showing strength with a double-bottom pattern, and I'm watching to see whether it can continue holding the $125 level, which is also near the daily 20 moving average.

If that level holds, the stock could potentially make its way back toward previous highs above $150.

Next up is DXST, which surged roughly 40% in after-hours trading. This one also looks promising, although I'm cautious because of the potential topping tails we saw on Friday.

Does that mean we have sellers waiting to the upside? We'll find out in the morning livestream.

In the morning, I'll be monitoring for a potential opportunity to make a move if the stock continues showing strength. Specifically, I'm looking for a breakout above $3.58.

If that happens, I'll be watching for pullbacks that confirm above VWAP. Those pullbacks could provide an entry for the next upward leg, potentially taking the stock toward $4 and even $5 per share.

However, I need to make sure there aren't significant sellers appearing above $3.60. Those topping tails from Friday could be a sign that sellers are positioned overhead.

And finally, at number three, we have the most explosive stock from Monday's watchlist.

This massive 50% runner from Friday looks absolutely incredible.

I'm talking about PMI, the stock that surged 50% on Friday, and the setup continues to look fantastic.

We have a previous high around $5.50, where we saw a retest heading into Friday's close. The stock then pulled back beneath $5.50, so now I'm watching for a breakout back above that level.

If we get that breakout, I want to see the price pull back and establish a solid, confirmed bottom above $5 and above VWAP.

If that setup develops, we could see the stock range back toward new highs, potentially reaching $7.50 per share.
