Gold Price Analysis September 24, 2026 It is still a bearish sentiment for gold today, and it is more or less the same story I have been seeing over the past couple of weeks. US Treasury yields remain elevated, while the US dollar is still relatively firm. At the same time, Fed officials continue to highlight the risk of persistent inflation and the potential need for a stricter monetary policy. So, from a broader macroeconomic perspective, the current environment remains bearish for gold. On the technical side, gold has broken below the 4,300 level and continues to form a downtrend, with a series of lower highs and lower lows . My downside targets are around 4,250 , followed potentially by 4,225 , which was the previous weekly low. Ideally, I would prefer to see the price move back toward the 4,300 area first. If gold then gets rejected around this level and resumes its downtrend, I would have more confidence in staying with the bearish view. For now, 4,300 is the key level I...

Gold Price Analysis: Key Levels to Watch This Week Gold Technical Analysis: 4,400 in Focus Key Gold Levels 4,400 — Key level to watch 4,460 — Recent recovery area 4,500 — Key breakout level 4,690 — Recent swing high 4,250 — Potential downside retest Gold could make a significant move this week, with 4,400 emerging as a key level to watch closely. Last week, gold sold off after the Fed raised interest rates to 4% , before buyers stepped in and pushed the price back toward 4,460 . This week, the main level to monitor is 4,400 . How gold reacts around this area could provide clues about its next major move. If gold holds above this level and breaks through 4,500 , attention could shift toward the recent swing high around 4,690 . However, if gold is rejected around the key resistance levels, particularly following last week's FOMC and US economic data , the market could see a deeper pullback. In that scenario, 4,250 becomes an important downside level to watch. Bottom ...

The overall bias is bearish A strong US dollar Elevated US Treasury yields and real yields A relatively hawkish Federal Reserve Ongoing US–Iran and Strait of Hormuz tensions creating additional market uncertainty Gold remains bearish, pressured by a strong US dollar, high yields, and a hawkish Fed. Traders are watching 4,375–4,385 for a pullback, with downside targets at 4,334, 4,322, and 4,300.   Gold Price Outlook: Bearish Fundamentals Remain in Focus Gold remains under pressure from a strong US dollar, elevated Treasury yields, and a hawkish Fed , which increase the opportunity cost of holding gold. Meanwhile, renewed US–Iran tensions and risks around the Strait of Hormuz are adding market uncertainty. These geopolitical risks could either reinforce volatility or trigger renewed safe-haven demand for gold. Gold Technical Analysis: 4,375–4,385 Is the Key Pullback Zone From a technical perspective, the short-term structure remains bearish. The key area I am watching is ap...
